5. Budget Estimate
6. Gazette Notification about declaration of natural calamities
7. List of Governing Body
8. Latest Audited Accounts available in four parts duly certified by a Chartered Accountant as    follows:
   
   1. Audit Report
   2. Balance Sheet
   3. Receipt & Payment A/C
   4. Income & Expenditure A/C
